4. Intellectual Property
All original content on this Site, including tutorials, glossary entries, articles, and site design, is owned by Hadamard LLC and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or republish our content without explicit written permission. Course images and descriptions sourced from affiliate feeds remain the property of their respective platforms.

8. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration

Except for claims that qualify for small claims court, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration shall be conducted in Wyoming, or via videoconference at either party's election. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Opt-out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing info@quantumcomputingcourses.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out". Opting out does not affect any other provision of these Terms.
9. Class Action Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any right to bring or participate in any class, collective, or representative action against Hadamard LLC. All claims must be brought in your individual capacity only. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims.
11. DMCA / Copyright
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on this Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent containing: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) identification of the infringing material and its location on the Site; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorised; (5) a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, and 15 survive any termination.
15. General Provisions
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Affiliate Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hadamard LLC regarding the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Force Majeure. Hadamard LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, internet outages, or government actions.
Notices. You agree that we may provide notices to you by posting on the Site or by email to any address you have provided. Legal notices to Hadamard LLC must be sent to info@quantumcomputingcourses.com.
No Third-Party Beneficiaries. These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. For disputes not subject to arbitration under Section 8, the parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide prominent notice on the Site at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
