The official IBM Quantum Learning QML course, distinct from the openHPI Quantum Machine Learning series taught by IBM Research on Hasso Plattner’s platform. This one lives on quantum.cloud.ibm.com and is listed at 10 hours.
Published lessons include loading classical data into circuits, building ansatze for variational quantum classifiers (sometimes called QNNs), data reuploading, and a worked classification task on images of stripes. IBM is careful in the text: these toy tasks are for learning the circuit pattern, not a claim of quantum speedup over classical ML.
If you want PennyLane instead of Qiskit, use the PennyLane Codebook and this site’s PennyLane QML tutorials.
Who it is for
People who already know Qiskit and some classical ML. Not a first machine-learning course.
