A new IBM Quantum Learning course for people who have to stand up a quantum effort inside a company, a lab, or a university group. IBM’s overview says there is no technical prerequisite, and it recommends taking Quantum Business Foundations first.
The published lessons cover assembling a team under a skills shortage, identifying partners, setting early-stage goals (IBM suggests picking at most two of business impact, science, workforce, or IP), and choosing metrics that still mean something when the hardware moves. Completing the course and IBM Training’s exam issues a Credly badge. That is IBM’s credential.
This is project design, not Qiskit. If you need circuits, go to Quantum Computing in Practice.
