CU Boulder on Coursera, taught by Sriram Sankaranarayanan. The public page is an advanced course in the Foundations of Data Structures and Algorithms specialization. Four modules: RSA and the basics of quantum computing (about 10 hours), qubits, gates and Grover (about 14 hours), phase estimation and Shor (about 13 hours), then B-trees and tries (about 8 hours).
It is a CS algorithms course that uses quantum computing to break RSA, not a Qiskit hardware lab. The last module is classical data structures. You will need the linear algebra and programming background the specialization assumes.
A natural pairing with this site’s Shor’s algorithm and Grover’s algorithm explainers if you want the diagrams before the lectures.
Who it is for
Computer science students who already know algorithms and want Shor and Grover in that frame. Not a first quantum course.
